There's a new place in Southwest Virginia to hold your regional, state, and multi-state meetings, conferences, and special events. The Wytheville Meeting Center is a spacious, comfortable, technology-friendly facility that offers meeting clients a convenient location, at the intersection of Interstates 77 & 81, coupled with the backdrop of the beauty of the Blue Ridge. The 9,000 square foot Grand Ballroom has the décor and amenities that meeting clients need in a comfortable, modern setting. With a seating capacity of 1,000 persons in theatre-style or 500 for a banquet, the Grand Ballroom offers ideal facilities for multi-day conferences. This meeting space can also be converted into three smaller rooms. Adjacent to the Grand Ballroom, three additional Meeting Rooms totaling 3,000 square feet are available for breakout sessions or smaller meetings. Each of these rooms has incredible views of the mountains of this region. Between the Grand Ballroom and the Meeting Rooms, you will find 2,000 square feet of Pre-function area. This space is ideal for registrations, exhibits, and cocktail receptions. Today's meetings rely on the latest technology and the Wytheville Meeting Center will make sure that your conference is "wired". Each room is equipped with projection systems and screens, sound systems, and the technology needed for teleconferencing. "Hot spots" can be found throughout the building for the convenience of attendees and exhibitors.
